Wilbur S. Harvey, 75, died Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Liberal Good Samaritan Center, Liberal, KS. He was born October 13, 1937 in Seward County, KS, the son of Thomas Vivien and Abby Elnora Rawlings Harvey. Wilbur graduated at Kismet High School in 1955.˜ He was a member of the High School Little Eight League title winners in 1952 & 1953.˜ He attended and played collegiate football at Emporia State Teachers' College, Emporia, Kansas. He married June Ruth Keller on June 23, 1957 in Garden City, KS.˜ She survives. Harvey worked at Shuffleberg, Jayhawk Pipeline, and Harvey & Son Electric of Liberal, KS. Other survivors include one son, Joseph "Joe" Harvey, Liberal, KS; two daughters, Dianne Lynn Harvey, Liberal, KS; Suzanne Kay Harvey and husband Robert Harden, Buffalo, OK; sister, Ruth M. Peek, Liberal, KS; brother, Renis Harvey, CO; Grandchildren, Jade N. Harvey Brown, William M. Harden, & Robert S. Harden; and one great-grandchild, Angel Brown.˜ He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, James R. Harvey, Richard "Dick" L. Harvey; Donald V. Harvey; Absolam "Abe" B. Harvey; Thomas "Tommy" R. Vivien Jr.; George Harvey, Joseph L. Harvey; Eugene Harvey; sisters Mar "Mary" M. Dennis & Fannie "Francis" E. Rake. Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M.
