Steve Groves

Steve Groves, 60, died Thursday, July 30, 2015 at his home in Liberal, KS following his battle with Cancer. He was born April 11, 1955 in Kansas City, MO, the son of Merle and Cora (Lockas) Groves. He married Karia Bolan November 9, 2007 at Liberal, KS. She survives. Steve had worked with Foss Ford for 17 years where he served as the Parts Manager. He then went to work at Stu Emmert Automotive in 2010 until 2012. Steve enjoyed fishing, camping, car shows, riding four wheelers, Three I shows and Drag Racing. He was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church of Liberal. He is also survived by two stepsons: Michael Farmer of Turpin, OK, Terry Farmer of Garden City, KS; Grandson: Paxton Nunez. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial Services with be at 1:30pm Saturday August 22, 2015 at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Liberal.
