Neona Marie Skinner

Neona Marie Skinner, 86, of Liberal, passed away on Wednesday June 10, 2020 at the Homestead Estates in Liberal, KS. She was born on October 18, 1933 to Thomas and Mary Ann (Robinett) Wiles at Laverne, OK. On May 22, 1949 she married Gerald Clanton; they later divorced and he preceded her in death on June 8, 2016. In May 1991 she married Merle Skinner at Wichita, KS, He preceded her in death on December 14, 2004. She was a graduate of Laverne High school: class of 1951. Marie worked as a Crew Chief for Beech Aircraft - King Air. She enjoyed cooking, sewing , and loved being with her grandkids. She was a member of Trinity Faith Church in Liberal. Marie is survived by Three Sons, Jerry D Clanton of Turpin, OK, Garry V Clanton (Helen) of Lakewood, CO, Wayland Craig Clanton and wife Marcia of Liberal, KS; Daughter, Kayla Hall and husband Jeff of Liberal, KS; son in law, Ruma Valles of Liberal, KS; Nine Grandchildren, Shane Clanton, Crystal Clanton Brandy Powell, Chad Clanton, Caleb Clanton, Austin Clanton, Landry Mastellar, Lathan Mastellar, Eric Brown. Six Great Grandchildren and Two Great Great Grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her Parents, Daughter, Karen Ranae Valles, Brothers Glen Wiles and Rev. Doyle Wiles; Three Sisters Ruby Sheppard, Violet Kinser, and Cleta Loomis. Viewing will be 1:00 pm to 7:00 PM Friday 06-12-2020 at Miller Mortuary Funeral services will be held at the Trinity Faith Church, at 10:00am Saturday 6-13-2020 with Rev. Delvin Wiles officiating.
