Joseph W. Foos

Joseph William Foos, 57, of Liberal, passed away on Monday September 3, 2019 at St. Catherine's Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. He was born on November 10, 1961 to Frank and Corinne (Walker) Foos in Mitchell, South Dakota.. On August 31, 1989 he married Melody Kay Harvey in Liberal, KS; she survives. Joe attended Liberal High School. He enjoyed motorcycles, cars and camping in Montana with his family! He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Liberal. Joe is also survived by Five Daughters, Nicole Crawford and husband Brandon of Garden City, KS, Heather Rae Cooks and husband Darren of Tyler, TX, Kristy Michelle Asper of Edmond, OK, Megan Melissa Foos of Edmond, OK, Amanda Kay Lloyd and husband Anthony of Wetmore, CO; Son, Brendon Kane Asper and wife Kira of Salt Lake City, UT, 12 Grandchildren, his Mother, Four Sisters, Pam, Julie, Lisa and Teresa. He was preceded in death by his father and two sisters, Debbie and Carla. There will be no viewing as cremation has taken place. Memorial Services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, September 7, 2019, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Liberal, KS, with David Vartian officiating.
