Glen Wallace

Liberal KS ˜ Glen R. Wallace, 67, Liberal, KS, died Monday, May 9, 2011, at Southwest Medical Center, Liberal, KS. ˜˜ He was born April 6, 1944 in Liberal, KS, the son of Glen B. & Evelyn G. Chaffin Wallace. ˜˜ Glen graduated Liberal High School.˜ He served his country in the U S Navy.˜ He worked˜ for Tradewinds Industries in steel fabrication department on the brake machine, for the past thirty years he worked at National Beef Packing. ˜˜ On December 27, 1969, he married Grace P. Homer at Clayton, NM, she survives. ˜ Other survivors include, two sons Jimmy; Scott Wallace and companion Donna, Garden City, KS;˜ three daughters, Jeanne; Roxanne Fetrow and husband Derek, Strong city, KS; Michelle Wallace-Beaven and husband Mike, Merriam, KS; two sisters, Illa Fern, Arvada, CO;˜˜ Wanda Moore,˜˜˜˜˜˜˜ Dodge City, KS;˜ six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜˜ He was preceded in˜ death by his parents, a sister Jennie Nell Moon. ˜˜ Graveside service will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Friday at the Lone Star Cemetery with Rev. Rex Petty presiding. ˜˜ Miller Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
