Frances Ellen Elaine Handley, 83, of Liberal, passed away on June 20, 2016 at the Comfort Care Home in Wichita, KS. She was born on November 17, 1932 to Claude and Mary (Doolin) Flack at Cache, Arkansas. On November 28, 1951 she married Richard Linnenkamp at Clayton, NM. He preceded her in death on August 22, 1973. She then married Raymond Handley on November 25, 1977 at the Clayton, NM. He also preceded her in death on June 4, 2014. Frances was a waitress at various restaurants, ran a Janitorial Service at the Panhandle Eastern Offices, then later worked at Red Bell Cleaners before retiring in 1990. She loved fishing, gardening, planting flowers, singing, dancing, playing the organ, and also had a love of nature. She was a member of NRA, Cal Farley's Boys Ranch, Good Samaritan RV Club, and a proud supporter of the American Red Cross, donating 12 gallons of blood. She was also a long time member and active supporter of the Central Christian Church of Liberal, KS. Frances is survived by Three Daughters- Catherine Rogers and husband Sandy of Evanston, WY; Claudette Beck and husband Neal of Liberal, KS; Connie Bogle and husband Carl of Latham, KS; She was also preceded in death by her parents, two Brothers- Clifford Flack and Darrel Flack; two Sisters- Betty and Claudette Flack. Viewing will be 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm Friday, June 24, 2016, at Miller Mortuary, Liberal, KS. Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Saturday, June 25, 2016, at the Central Christian Church with Pastor Chuck Scroggs, officiating. Burial will follow at the Liberal City Cemetery.
