Beulah Ines Rocha

Beulah Ines Rocha, 54, of Liberal, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at her residence in Liberal, KS. She was born on August 23, 1963 to Diogenes and Ines Rocha at Managua, Nicaragua. Beulah worked as a Secretary for Kansas Department for Children and Family's of Liberal. She formerly lived in New Orleans, Louisiana, and has been a resident of Liberal, since 1986. Beulah is survived by Twin Daughters, Jennifer Phan and Fiance E.J Morris of Liberal, Kansas, Lynka Phan and Fiance Tanner Jones, of Mustang, Oklahoma; One Son, Drexler Phan of Columbus,Georgia. Two brothers, Diogenes Rocha, Jr. and wife Meyling of Jinotega, Nicaragua, and Jairo Rocha and wife Maria-Lidia of Canada. One Sister Deyanira Rocha, of Jinotega, Nicaragua. Three Grandchildren: Jason Ruiz, Destan Morris, Ellie Jones. She was preceded in death by her father, Diogenes Rocha and mother Ines Rocha. Visitation will be from 1:00pm - 8:00pm Wednesday at Miller Mortuary, Liberal, Kansas. Funeral Service will be at 11:00am Thursday, at Miller Mortuary Chapel, with Family Speaker Alicia Colomba Mora officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
