ALVIN L HITTLE

Alvin L. Hittle, 83, died Thursday, December 13, 2012 at Trinity Manor in Dodge City, KS. He was born August 31, 1929 in Barber County, KS the son of William H. and Eva Palmer Hittle. Alvin worked agriculture and was a master carpenter.˜ He loved hunting & fishing. He married Gloria Hall on October 12, 1954 at Clayton, NM.˜ She died July 7, 2009. He is survived by two sons, Larry D. Hittle and wife Nancy, Liberal, KS; Gary L. Hittle and wife Vicki, Liberal, KS; one daughter, Rhonda S. Imel and husband Garan, Liberal, KS; one brother, Walter Hittle, Hugoton, KS; one sister, Laurine Jarboe, Topeka, KS; six grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.˜ He was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; two brothers, Fred Hittle & Charles Hittle; and two sisters, Dorothy Emerson and Geraldine Flory. Funeral Services will be 10:30 A.M. Monday at the Miller Chapel with Pastor Chuck Scroggs presiding. Interment will be in Rest lawn Memorial Gardens, Liberal, KS.
