ADDIE W. "Winnie" BRUNER

Addie W. "Winnie" Bruner, 95, died Friday, March 22, 2013 at Minneola District Hospital, Minneola, KS. She was born February 3, 1918 at Chetopa, KS, the daughter of John Andrew and Mary Elizabeth (Nethery) Blundell. ˜She married David A. Williams.˜ He was killed in World War II.˜ She married Roland F. "Ray" Bruner.˜ He preceded her in death. She graduated from Liberal Beauty College and owned Winnie's Beauty Shop for 12 years.˜ She was Deputy Register of Deeds for Seward County for 25 years. She is survived by her son, Rev. David E. Williams and wife Beverly, Canadian, TX; grandchildren, Mark E. Williams and wife Laura, Great Bend, KS, David A. Williams, Great Bend, KS, Stephen D. Williams and wife Angie, Manhattan, KS, and Tami Matteson and husband Lonnie, Pottsboro, TX.˜ She was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at Miller Mortuary with Rev. David Williams and Rev. Mark Williams officiating.˜ Friends may call at Miller Mortuary 11:00 A.M. till service time Wednesday.
